Looks like Carrie Bradshaw and Aidan Shaw are making up for lost time!
Sarah Jessica Parker and costar John Corbett shared a steamy kiss on the streets of New York on Thursday while filming Season 2 of That’s it….
“This. Isn’t. A. Drill. X, SJ,” Parker, 57, wrote in an Instagram post sharing photos of her and Corbett, 61, getting into character.
Officer That’s it… The Instagram account also shared some snaps from the shoot, captioning the post, “And just like that Carrie is back on her toes.”

In September, Parker confirmed that Corbett would be reprising his character for HBO Max’s second season Sex and the city rebirth.
Fans got their first glimpse of Parker and Corbett on That’s it… set last month, when the show’s official Instagram account and Parker shared several photos of the two actors walking down the street in NYC during filming, holding hands.
During a hiatus from filming next season, the Hocus pocus the star opened up Wednesday about reuniting with Corbett for the series.

“He’s so beautiful. He’s so happy,” Parker said Extra at the New York launch of the flagship boutique for the SJP Collection, her popular shoe line. “He brings a lot of joy. He’s kind of an extraordinarily happy person and he’s so excited to be back.”
He teased the return of Corbett’s character — hulking carpenter Aidan Shaw, Carrie Bradshaw’s ex-boyfriend — and just what it will mean for fans.
“That’s an incredible plot [executive producer Michael Patrick King] and the writers sorted it out,” said Parker, who plays Carrie, “and I think it’s going to be really meaningful to the audience who have a lot of affection for him.”
As for any hints about what Aidan’s storyline might be on the show, Parker said, “I can’t say anything except it’s really great to be in his company again and to have a storyline that’s also happy and fun and familiar, but new because it’s been 10, 15 years.”

Aidan was one of Carrie’s most important love interests in the third and fourth seasons of Sex and the city. He even showed up to grope Carrie in 2010 Sex and the city 2the second film on the big screen.
Season 2 of That’s it… kicked off production in October 2022. It is scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2023.
Season 1 is streaming now on HBO Max.
