Jennifer Coolidge had an unforgettable moment at the wedding of the parents of Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell.
While promoting his latest film, Shotgun weddingCoolidge, 61, and her costar Steve Coulter sat down with Hits Radio’s Olivia Marks.
When asked by Marks about the “craziest wedding” he’s ever been to, Coolidge said, “I think the best wedding I’ve ever been to… I got this invite when I was in this comedy group, The Groundlings, and everybody we figured it out.It was kind of a potluck wedding where you brought a plate.
He recalled that the ceremony took place in “a beautiful Malibu canyon” and that guests enjoyed a fun night of square dancing.

Delusional at the down-to-earth vibe, Coolidge said, “It was the most fun I’ve ever had at a wedding. I went to all these fancy weddings where people spend millions of dollars and stuff…it was just the most unique and natural marriage.”
The actress later revealed: “That’s the interesting part of the story: it was two people who did it [have] they have known each other for a long time that they got married. They had known each other for 12 years. They have given birth to two children after getting married… their daughter is Billie Eilish and their son is Finneas.”
Coulter appeared amazed and asked Coolidge, “Do you know Patrick and Maggie? We need to talk.”

Patrick O’Connell and Maggie Baird were married in 1995. They later welcomed Finneas on July 30, 1997 and Billie on December 18, 2001.
Coolidge added of their ceremony, “I’ll never forget that wedding. A family of deer showed up while they were wedding [and] stood in the background. It was the most romantic thing I’ve ever seen.”

Touched by Coolidge’s words, Baird posted the conversation to her Instagram page and told Coolidge in the caption, “Awww thank you @jennifercoolidge ❤️❤️❤️ you have always been so wonderful and a huge hearted talent!”
She added, “Thank you also for shining a light on our low budget ‘do it yourself and with great friends’ wedding. It was one of the best days of our lives and we are so glad you were there!! Love you!” “
