Team Haas reveals the first new car that will be on the grid for 2023 F1
Haas has become the first F1 team to unveil the 2023 livery design on their car in a surprising online reveal.
The American-owned group, backed by a new sponsor in money transfer firm MoneyGram, uploaded the bold color scheme of its VF-23 car to its social media pages Tuesday afternoon. While the car is subject to specification changes, the usual white nose color is contrasted this year by a black sidepod design to match a red front wing emblazoned with the new main sponsor.
Elsewhere, Red Bull is reportedly on the verge of inking a deal with Ford ahead of the car’s 2023 launch on Friday.
Ford Motor Company, which was last involved in F1 in 2004 alongside Jaguar, is eager to enter the world of Formula 1 and a deal is reportedly expected to be agreed with Red Bull, which could be already announced on Friday. Red Bull launched its 2023 car, the RB19, on Feb. 3 in New York City, where Ford reportedly sent social media influencers in anticipation of a deal confirmation.

F1 News: Haas reveals stunning new livery in first F1 car launch of 2023
Haas has become the first F1 team to unveil the 2023 livery design on their car in a surprising online reveal.
After Mick Schumacher was dropped late last year by team principal Gunether Steiner, Nico Hulkenberg will partner Kevin Magnussen this season for a team that finished eighth in the Constructors’ Championship in 2022.
“Obviously I share everyone’s enthusiasm for the livery unveiling, not least because it’s a checkpoint in the pre-season calendar, which means we’re one step closer to doing what we really want to do,” noted Steiner.
